You're invited to PizzaDAO's 5th annual Global Pizza Party in honor of Bitcoin Pizza Day! We’re thrilled to host this event in Mechelen, bringing together pizza lovers and crypto enthusiasts for a slice of history.

It’s been 15 years since May 22, 2010, when Laszlo Hanyecz famously bought two pizzas for 10,000 bitcoin — a moment that marked the first real-world crypto transaction. Today, that same amount of bitcoin buys a whole lot more than just two pizzas!

We think that’s worth celebrating. So we’re hosting our 5th Global Pizza Party in collaboration with our friends Base and the World Pizza Champions!

With over 25,000 attendees expected across more than 400 cities worldwide, this year’s event is set to be bigger than ever. We’re keeping the vibe community-focused, so the guest list will be curated to ensure it’s filled with people genuinely interested in crypto, blockchain, and the spirit of PizzaDAO.
